Its a quarter to four. The kids go to Davids tonight at 7. I am sad. Normal. I am always like this two weekends a month. Its difficult to let them go.
I cleaned and cleaned. The boys room is spotless. I vacuumed the entire house, every nook and cranny, even the kitchen. Everything except Darienne's room. I left that for her. And she cleaned it. Actually. I spot cleaned the carpet. The only thing I didn't do today that I wanted was to wash my bed. Its a chore to wash the feather blankets, but I do love them, I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank goodness for duvets, they are helpful.
I listed an auction today. Something I haven't done for a while. I don't know why I have made a big deal out of it. I guess I need to so that I continue listing them and get back into it.
Yesterday while we were out and about we took the boys to McDonald's for lunch. We normally go through the drive through and pick their food up and take it to either the burrito place or our hawaiian place since they don't like either. Yesterday we went inside. When did they put games inside?? Seriously! Kids play games at home, in the car, now they can play them while they eat? I watched a movie a few years ago called Idiocracy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiocracy) and this is what I picture... I was more than horrified and humored at the same time.
I looked for a tote today that is chock full of my scrapbooking that I put away months ago. I finally found it, I looked everywhere.. I am going to finish the page I started yesterday.. I needed different papers and they were all hiding.. I will share when I am done.
